The agency has grown over the years to include a branch in Gqeberha, headed by Johan Verster who later joined the team, and later a Durban branch headed by Faid.

Rosa became a full status property practitioner in 2005, starting her career out in Observatory and a founding member of OBS Realty.
Using her 16 years of experience in the area, Rosa is able to provide clients with a extensive service towards their property needs, be it Sales or Rentals.
During her spare time, Rosa can be found enjoying nature by the mountains or the sea.

RONALD TAIT
Ronald studied at the Stellenbosch University and graduated with a degree in BComm Business Management, majoring in Economics, Financial and Investment Management.
Where after, working in financial institutions such ABSA and IDM.
Ronald started his career in Property in 2013, as an Agent and was one of the founders of OBS Realty in 2016.
Ronald enjoys all sports and external activities and achieved Springbok colours in Wrestling while representing South Africa in the Junior and Senior African Games.
Currently focusing on the commercial and residential development of properties in the area surrounding city centers of Cape Town and Gqeberha.

Siphe Mwezo is originally from King William’s Town in the Eastern Cape. She moved to Cape Town to further her studies at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology where she earned her National Diploma in Real Estate.
Siphe joined OBS Realty in 2019 when she was doing her final year, whereby she completed a 3 months internship with OBS Realty. After graduating she returned to OBS Realty as a candidate property practitioner.
Siphe is a young, dedicated and passionate young lady, and prides herself in being a fast learner. She is now largely focused on residential property management and leasing and is on track to becoming a full status property practitioner with the help of OBS Realty.

Faid is originally from Durban and moved to Cape Town in 2011 after falling in love with the City. After enjoying 5 years with OBS Realty, has now returned to Durban to further expand.
He has a degree in BCom Finance and Economics at UKZN and uses his financial background to provide a quality Rental Asset Management Service.
Faid joined OBS Realty in 2018 and has 8 years experience in the industry. Focusing mainly on Residential Property Management.
He enjoys playing football, long drives in nature and is an avid e-sports follower.

JOHAN VERSTER
After finishing his secondary education, Johan went straight into Real Estate and has built a large wealth of experience in the industry.
Johan is our Gqeberha, Eastern Cape representative and is able to provide services in Residential Property Management, Sales, Rentals as well as Maintenance. Johan also has a very capable Maintenance Company which allows for him to provide a better all-round package for his Management Services.
In his spare time, Johan can be found socialising, hiking and travelling.
